Mrs Lawton’s best Christmas idea ever!

It’s no secret I’m a micro mama business lover! I love to support and help out tiny businesses like my own; those mamas slaving away at home making some pocket money around their children. If that’s you, and you need some imagery let me know; I would love to help you out in 2018 and we can come up with something that will work for both of us, I’m sure 🙂

Today, I’m pleased to introduce you to Mrs Lawton’s! Ali has been a friend of mine for a few years. Mrs Lawton’s started as a woven wrap chop shop, altering woven wraps and making slings for babywearing. It has undergone transformation recently as Ali had her second little love and is now more about essential oils, and these beautiful, functional, environmentally friendly Christmas wraps! Stay with me here. I have been using fabric wrapping for Christmas for years, and in the last couple of years, I started for birthdays as well. I use them for gifts at home and where I can ask for it back; I don’t often give it away. It has paid for itself several times over, is far less wasteful, and looks just as pretty (actually I think it’s nicer than paper now!). It takes up no space to store each year with your Christmas stuff, and will last for years and years. It’s just a smart idea.

Ali has put together some Christmas fabric packs that are nicely trimmed to useful sizes for wrapping. You wrap just like you use paper, but you don’t need tape as the fabric holds a little better, and you just tie it with ribbon. She wrapped a variety of shapes and sizes for you to see here and you can find her fabric packs in her store here. Whatever you do this Christmas, remember to support local and consider the earth as much as you can 🙂
